The statutory guidance we have reviewed does not prescribe a particular staff training course or certificate for the standard duty. Briefwell provides a staff briefing record (who read the approved procedures, when, and a short knowledge check). It is not a certificate. Always check the current official guidance.
No. Neither the Home Office nor the SIA requires a venue to buy a product or hire a consultant, and free official guidance is available. Briefwell is for consultants who already offer, or want to offer, a paid readiness service and want to deliver it consistently and with less admin.

This validation website is hosted in Germany (EU). Briefwell itself is still in development and stores no venue or staff data yet. Where production data will be held will be confirmed and published before any partner data is stored.
