Who we are
Briefwell is a trading name of Blueboot Apps, which decides how your personal data is used. Address: Grange Cottage, Grange Lane, York YO23 3QZ. Contact: hello@briefwell.co.uk.
What we collect and why
- Reservation payments. Name, business name, billing address and email, to manage your founding place. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see your card details. Basis: contract. We keep records for the period required for accounting.
- Emails you send us. To reply and keep a record of the conversation. Basis: legitimate interests.
- Business contact details of consultancies (name, work email, firm) taken from public business sources, to tell them about Briefwell by email. Basis: legitimate interests in B2B communication with companies. We send only to limited companies and similar bodies, identify ourselves, and stop immediately if you ask.
Stopping emails
Reply STOP or email hello@briefwell.co.uk and we will not contact you again. We keep your address on a suppression list solely so we do not email you by mistake.
Who receives data
Stripe (payments), our email provider (MXroute) and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to our use of it, by emailing us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics.
