Founding partner reservation terms

1. What you are paying for. £49 reserves a founding partner place in Briefwell, a service that is still in development. It is a payment towards a future subscription, not the purchase of a finished product.
2. Credit. The £49 is credited in full against your first live subscription payment. Planned founding rate at launch: £79 a month including up to 10 active venues, £6 a month for each additional active venue, locked for 12 months from paid launch. These are planned terms and may be revised before launch; if they change to your detriment you can take the refund below.
3. Refunds. Ask for a full refund at any time before onboarding starts by emailing hello@briefwell.co.uk. We will also refund you in full if we have not opened founding access to you within 6 months of your payment. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days.
4. What Briefwell is not. Briefwell helps consultants prepare, document and evidence public protection procedures. Drafts are AI-assisted and must be reviewed and approved by you. It does not guarantee compliance, is not certification, and is not endorsed by the Home Office or the Security Industry Authority. The responsible person for each premises keeps legal responsibility.

6. Your data. We use your details only to manage your reservation and onboarding.
